Many Millennials Regret Home Purchases, Says CNBC

New York, NY, July 20, 2018-Many Millennials who have purchased homes experience regret about the decision, according to a CNBC article called “Almost 70% of Millennials Regret Buying Their Homes. Here’s Why” by Megan Leonhardt.

“About four in ten millennials are already homeowners, according to a new survey of over 600 millennials (age 21-34) by Bank of the West. Yet it turns out that 68% of them are feeling buyer’s remorse-almost double the amount of Baby Boomers who say they have regrets.”

This most significant areas of remorse are as follows: overspending on the down payment, underestimating ongoing costs and settling for something that’s not quite right.
