Mannington To Raise Prices on Resilient Products

Salem, NJ, July 24, 2006--Mannington Mills announced today that due to continuing cost increases in raw materials, energy, health care and transportation, the company is implementing a five to seven percent price increase on all commercial and residential resilient products. The company attributes several factors to this increase, including steadily rising prices of oil and natural gas, which impact both manufacturing and transportation costs. The price increase will go into effect with shipments on September 5, 2006.
