Mannington Marks Amtico Acquisition

Salem, NJ, May 8, 2012 -- Mannington Mills Monday marked the acquisition of UK resilient flooring firm Amtico International by raising the Union Jack at its New Jersey headquarters during the firm's annual stockholders' meeting.

“We are truly an international company,” Mannington Chairman of the Board Keith Campbell said at the ceremony.

Amtico is operating as a Mannington subsidiary.

The acquisition gives Mannington the ability to manufacture LVT in the U.S. and an increased presence in international markets.
