Mannington Increases Prices on Commercial Sheet Vi

Salem, NJ, December 23, 2005 – Citing unprecedented cost increases over the past several months, Mannington Mills, Inc., announced today that it will be implementing a price increase on its commercial sheet vinyl and VCT products. “We continue to experience increases in our raw material, energy, and transportation costs,” said Jack Ganley, President of Commercial Business at Mannington. He continued, “Unfortunately, these significant cost increases necessitate a further price increase to the market”. Price increases will range from 5 percent to 8 percent, and will be effective with shipments on or after January 30, 2006.
