Mannington Commercial Increases Price on Selected

Calhoun, GA, January 24--Mannington Commercial announced today that due to significant cost increases in raw materials the company is implementing a four to six percent price increase on Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) products. "The rising costs of PVC resins and plasticizers continue to put tremendous pressure on our margins," said Jack Ganley, Mannington’s president of commercial business. Ganley continued, "We are in the process of evaluating the full impact of these increases on our resilient sheet goods in both the Commercial and Residential businesses. And we believe that our customers will continue to view Mannington resilient as a competitive product, as well as a good value." The price increase will become effective with all orders shipped on or after February 28, 2005.
