Lumber Liquidators CEO Retiring

Toano, VA, Nov. 29, 2011 -- Lumber Liquidators said CEO Jeffrey W. Griffiths will retire on Jan. 1 and will be succeeded by the company's current Chief Operating Officer, Robert M. Lynch.

The hardwood retailer said Griffiths will also retire from the board, but will remain an employee of the company through March 18 to ensure a smooth transition. Lynch will join the board to fill Griffiths' vacancy.
