Lumber Liquidators Board Member Steps Down

Toano, VA, June 22, 2011 -- Lumber Liquidators said that board of directors member Richard D. Tadler has decided to step down effective June 30.

Tadler joined the board in 2004 when TA Associates, the private equity firm of which he is a Managing Director, originally invested in the company.

TA Associates divested its interest in the company in 2009, precipitating Tadler's decision to step down.
