Mooresville, NC, February 18--Lowe's has named Maureen K. Ausura senior vice president of human resources.
Ausura will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee recruitment and benefits for Lowe's 160,000 employees nationwide.
She will report to Robert Niblock, chairman, president and CEO.
Ausura joins Lowe's from Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) where she served most recently as corporate vice president of human resources. She has a broad range of human resources experience in her 25-year career, including four years as senior vice president of human resources with Giant Eagle Supermarkets, and 12 years with Campbell Soup Company. She has a bachelor's degree and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
