Clifton, NJ, June 17--Linens 'n Things, Inc., one of the leading, national large format retailers of home textiles, housewares and home accessories, today announced the hiring of Jack E. Moore, Jr., as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Moore will report directly to Norman Axelrod, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
As a material inducement to enter into employment with the Company, Mr. Moore was granted 200,000 options to purchase shares of Company common stock as of the date of his commencement of employment.
