Lennar Reports Q4 and Fiscal Year 2017 Results

Miami, FL, January 10, 2018-Lennar Corporation reported revenues for Q4 2017 were $3.8 billion, a 12% increase over Q4 2016’s $3.4 billion.

Net earnings for Q4 2017 were $309.6 million, compared to $313.5 million in the prior year quarter.

For fiscal year 2017, Lennar reported revenue of $12.6 billion, compared to $10.9 billion in fiscal year 2016.

Net earnings attributable to Lennar for fiscal year 2017 were $810.5 million, compared to $911.8 million for fiscal year 2016.
