Legacy Buys OCP Flooring Unit

New York, TOLEDO, Ohio – July 26, 2007 –Legacy Commercial Flooring of Toledo LLC has purchased the Flooring Business Unit of OCP Contractors. The business will operate as a unit of Legacy Commercial Flooring LTD, based in Columbus Ohio.

Legacy, one of the largest commercial flooring contractors in the United States, traces its roots back 100 years to Wilson Floors.

Both companies are members in good standing with the StarNet Commercial Flooring Cooperative.

The new venture will operate out of the current OCP headquarters in Holland, Ohio and will be aligned with OCP to provide complete interior construction.

All current employees have accepted positions and will join Legacy after a transition period to complete current backlog projects.

According to Matt Townsend, president of OCP, "This agreement will enableus to concentrate on our core business and allow us to provide our customers with a total interior package.
