Whitehall, PA, April 3, 2006--Tarkett has announced the appointment of Guillaume Laverdure to the newly created position of president, Residential North America. Laverdure has been with Tarkett for 15 years and was most recently vice president of logistics for Tarkett Worldwide..
Laverdure’s new position includes responsibility for the wood, resilient, laminate, and luxury tile business segments. He reports to John Rietveldt, president of Tarkett Residential Worldwide.
“The creation of one centralized position responsible for all residential business in North America is another step in consolidating and strengthening our North American team,” said Rietveldt.
Jan Lembregts, previous president of the residential wood and resilient segments Tarkett, has left the company.
