Alpharetta, GA July 22--Kronotex USA recently appointed Robert Dichiara as its new vice president, chief financial officer and Ken Wilkerson as warehouse manager. Both will reside in the Alpharetta, Ga. office.
Dichiara will oversee financial operations for Kronotex USA. He most recently held the position of division controller for Georgia-Pacific and has 19 years experience within the wood products industry.
Dichiara has a bachelor's in professional accountancy from Mississippi State University and is a certified public accountant.
Ken Wilkerson joins Kronotex with responsibility for managing all customer
support warehouse operations.
He has a bachelor's in business administration from Indiana University and more than 22 years of experience in the warehousing and woodworking industries.
Kronotex is a member of KronoGroup Switzerland, a privately held Swiss company founded in 1897. The company’s U.S. headquarters are in Alpharetta, Ga., it has major distribution facilities in Savannah, Ga., and Houston, TX., with plans to build a manufacturing facility in Barnwell, S.C.
Currently, Kronotex products including laminate flooring, OSB and melamine laminated particleboard are manufactured in Germany and France.
