Kährs Selected for 2005 New Southern Home in Orlan

Altamonte Springs, FL, April 18--Kährs International is rapidly gaining the attention of builders, designers and architects as it places a new focus on reaching these markets. Kährs International received a jump start to their new focus last August when they were displayed in the 2004 New Southern Home, sponsored by the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC). Due to the success of last year’s New Southern Home, Kährs has been selected for the 2005 New Southern Home. The new Southern Home is the premier show home in the Southeast, featuring the latest in technology, luxurious amenities and cutting-edge design and architecture. The purpose of the New Southern Home is to recognize the best and most innovative architecture, building and interior design from the past year. The 2004 New Southern Home featured Kährs Oak Tarcot in six rooms, upstairs and downstairs, as well as the master foyer, main hallway and upstairs hallways. Kährs Oak Blanc was also installed in the children’s room. Thousands of visitors, including builders, designers, architects and consumers, visited the 2004 New Southern Home. This year’s New Southern Home, Villa Laguna, will be a 6,900 square foot southern European villa. The home is located on Lake Charity Lagoon in Central Florida. The innovative, award winning firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design, will provide their artistic genius to the home. The experienced husband and wife design team will live in the home after its completion. The home will first be showcased at the 2005 Southeast Builders Conference (SEBC), held at the Orlando Convention Center July 14-17, 2005. The home will then be open to the public July 18-30, 2005.
