Dallas, TX, October 9, 2024-Kenmark Interiors, a distributor and installer of interior architectural products including flooring, acquires longtime collaborator Lancaster & Associates, a custom drapery manufacturer and high-end interiors company. This strategic acquisition enhances the full-service capabilities offered by Kenmark Interiors, adding luxury custom drapery to its robust portfolio in commercial and residential installations, further positioning the company for expansion.

Kenmark Interiors has evolved to include interior installations in the hospitality, education, healthcare, tenant interior, multifamily, amenity center, and government sectors since its inception in 1983. Lancaster & Associates, known for its custom-made window coverings and fabrication, has served the Dallas market and beyond since 1978, with an emphasis on high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects. The acquisition of Lancaster & Associates, along with its subsidiary J.L. Anthony-which specializes in manufacturing custom drapery hardware-complements Kenmark Interiors and the team’s expertise in large-scale installations, and broadens Lancaster & Associates’ product range to include premium flooring, wood veneers, and custom wallcoverings.
