KB Home Revenues Up 24% YOY to $1.0 Billion in Q2 2017

Los Angeles, CA, June 28, 2017-KB Home reported revenue of $1.00 billion for Q2 2017, a 24% increase over Q2 2016’s $808.5 million.

Net income for the company rose from $15.6 million in Q2 2016 to $31.8 million in Q2 2017.

Deliveries increased 11% to 2,580 homes, with double-digit increases in three of the company's four regions, and the average selling price increased 11% to $385,900.
