Kaivac Says Cleaning Systems Get CRI Approval
Hamilton, OH, July 1, 2008—Kaivac Inc. said that all of its No-Touch Cleaning systems have been awarded the Seal of Approval from the Carpet and Rug Institute.
The approval recognizes that cleaning equipment meets specific standards and criteria and have above-average test results including higher soil-removal ratings.
This is the first time a high-flow fluid-extraction or spray-and-vac-type system has received such an award.
According to Tom Morrison, vice president of marketing for Kaivac, the No-Touch systems were able to earn the approval because the machines have advanced three-stage vacuum systems as well as a HEPA-filtered exhaust and blow systems to help protect the health of the user and building occupants.
