Judge To Hear Unilin, Pfleiderer Dispute

Wielsbeke, Belgium, June 24, 2008--On June 20 the U.S. International Trade Commission instituted formal enforcement proceedings against Uniboard (Pfleiderer), based on a complaint filed by Unilin.

The case will be consolidated with a request for advisory opinion that was afterwards filed by Uniboard.

The ITC has appointed to Administrative Law Judge Paul J. Luckern to hear the case. The main topic of the case is to determine if Uniboard is violating the general exclusion order issued on Jan. 5, 2007, regarding the importing of glueless laminate flooring into the U.S.
