Invitation Homes Acquires ResiBuilt
Charlotte, NC, January 20, 2026-"ResiBuilt (Private), a developer of single-family rental housing in Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas, expands Invitation Homes' (INVH, NR) footprint in the single-family rental space, with Invitation Homes acquiring the company on January 16th,” reports Truist.
“The transaction was priced at $89 million plus up to $7.5 million in potential incentive-based earn-out payments. It also included 23 existing building contracts and options to acquire approximately 1,500 land lots.”
