Invista Names Winners of Stainmaster Carpet Top Dog Sales Competition

Kennesaw, GA, February 5, 2016—Invista is pleased to officially announce Brentwood Carpets (North Carolina), The Carpet Shoppe (Hawaii), Floors By Ray (California), McSwain Carpet & Floor (Ohio), and Britt’s Home Furnishings (Georgia) as the five nationwide store winners in its Stainmaster Carpet Top Dog Sales Competition.

The competition, which spanned from September 1 to October 31, was bred to encourage retail carpet stores that carry Stainmaster to increase total store sales.

Based on previous sales history, each store that registered for the competition was assigned to one of five specific performance groups—the Great Danes, the Labradors, the Hounds, the Spaniels, and the Terriers. Each dealership within their performance group that exceeded its previous years September and October sales by the greatest percentage was determined the winner. Double points were awarded for selling Stainmaster PetProtect carpet.

The “Top Dog” retail store winners in each performance category are listed below:  

•           The Great Danes—McSwain Carpet & Floor (Ohio)

•           The Labradors—Brentwood Carpets (North Carolina)

•           The Hounds—Britt’s Home Furnishings (Georgia)

•           The Spaniels—The Carpet Shoppe (Hawaii)

•           The Terriers—Floors By Ray (California)

Each associate in each retail store crowned Top Dog was able to select one of three great prizes. Prizes included a Sharp 32” LED 1080p SmartTV, a Bose Sound Link Bluetooth Speaker III, and a SONY 1000W 5.1Ch HD Blu-ray Disc Home Theater System. All winners have been notified, and prizes are currently being distributed.
