Investment Adviser Reduces Stake in Armstrong

Boston, MA, Nov. 11, 2014 -- Wellington Management Company of Boston has reduced its stake in Armstrong World Industries to less than 5% of the firm.

According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Wellington, an investment advisery firm, now owns 1,557,179 shares, or 2.84% of Armstrong.

That's down from the 4,616,433 shares it owned as of the end of July, which represented 8.42% of shares.
