Manchester, NH, March 22, 2006--Being Bold, Being Passionate, Finding Space In The Spot Light is the rule rather than the exception at International Design Guild, an alliance of luxury floor covering showrooms.
The Guild strives to recognize the talents and accomplishments of interior designers throughout the United States and Canada in partnership with their affiliated member showrooms.
This dedication to the design community is why the Guild is pleased to sponsor the 2006 Designer Showcase Awards this spring. “The overwhelming response that was received in 2005, along with the beautiful interior designs that have been created, has fueled our desire to once again invite designers to submit their most exceptional interior designs”, said Krista Eliason, President of the Guild.
Contest applicants have the opportunity to win up to $5,000 in cash awards. 5 winners will be chosen in all from hundreds of entries, as a panel of seasoned luxury floor covering showroom owners will judge entries based upon individuality, use of color, and over all design with special attention placed on floor coverings utilized in the design. The Grand Prize winner, 1st Runner-Up and 3 Honorable Mentions will be announced on May 30th, 2006.
With over 100 locations, members are involved with designers in an amazing number of stunning projects at any given time. The Designer Showcase Awards are the best way to recognize the talented interior designers our showrooms work with every day.
Interested designers may obtain an Official Entry Form from any International Design Guild Showroom.
