Interface Resumes Dividend, Elects Paisner to Boar

Atlanta, GA, February 23, 2007--Interface Inc. declared a regular quarterly dividend of 2 cents and announced the election of Harold Paisner to its board.

The company company said the dividend, its first since July 2002, will be payable March 23, to shareholders of record as of March 9.

Interface said Paisner, 67, is a senior partner with the law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and will replace the retiring board member, Clarinus C. Th. van Andel.
