Inspection Solutions Brings Change to Inspection R

Zion, IL, December 12, 2005--Inspect Solutions, Inc., announces that they are currently testing immediate inspection report writing in the field. Field inspectors are equipped with new electronic notepads that have internet access, thereby allowing the inspection results to be completed in minutes and the results sent electronically to the commissioning party. Wireless internet technology allows the notepad to access the internet anywhere there is wireless or cellular capability. Pictures are downloaded at that time, and a standard residential carpet inspection can be completed in less than 15 minutes. The current turnaround in the industry is 7-10 days. "Our customers are always looking for a better way to service their customers, and quick response makes a huge difference in the way you can satisfy your customers' issues," says Susan Gould, customer service director and president of Inspect Solutions. "Technology and customer service can instantly turn an angry customer into a customer for life." "When an inspector meets my installer at a job and spots a problem with the product, the job can be immediately halted and a claim can be presented to the manufacturer instantly. This saves my company time and money. I like that, and my customers like that," says George Stevenson, president of GS Floor Design. "The idea of stopping a problem and resolving the claim before it becomes a rush for the customer is outstanding." Testing of this new product and service is currently being done in several markets across the country. It is expected that all inspectors will be in compliance with the new field writing by the end of 2006. Productivity is expected to increase as customer service problems are immediately resolved. Inspect Solutions inspects flooring, countertops, doors, windows, window treatments, garage doors, gutters and siding. They will be showing this technology and their web based inspection management system at Surfaces 2006 at Booth G2458.
