Bellevue, WA, September 28, 2005 -- As part of its strategy of becoming a leading competitor in land-based flooring retail, iFLOOR.com is launching its fourth local center. The store in Hayward, California will open its doors to the public October 1. Located in 2141 Commerce Place, it will house a wide selection of quality products at low prices in its 5,000-square foot floor area.
More iFLOOR.com branches are set to spread across the nation. Three branches of iFLOOR Express are now open. Two of the company’s one-stop warehouse stores are located in Washington -– one in Seattle and another in Tukwila-- and the third is in Newark, Delaware. This latest addition to the company’s extensive line of services will let consumers experience first-hand shopping at its best.
"iFLOOR.com has entered the California market in an area where we already have more than 40,000 existing customers. The addition of a local service center will help us respond more effectively to these customers both in terms of speed of delivery as well as personal service. With iFLOOR.com, we are able to provide low prices and remarkable customer service to our clients due to our unique approach to the flooring market. The addition of land-based stores enables us to expand upon these services by combining what we currently offer with local face-to-face service and inventory. Our top priority is to provide our customers more value for their dollar," says CEO Steve Simonson.
The Hayward branch will be one of three ground stores in California. iFLOOR.com will also open stores in Sacramento and in San Diego. Hayward will be managed by Don Owen.
Regular store hours will be 8am to 4:30pm, Mondays to Fridays. To find out more about iFLOOR.com’s ground stores, visit http://www.ifloor.com.
