Hunter Douglas Acquires Paris Texas Hardware

Upper Saddle River, NJ, March 14--Hunter Douglas, a world market leader in custom window coverings, acquired Paris Texas Hardware, a manufacturer and marketer of branded decorative drapery hardware products. Paris Texas Hardware will continue to operate under the current management and join the Hunter Douglas Design Products Group of companies, which are headed by Ron Kass, group president.
