Huber Engineered Woods Gets NAHB Green Nod

Charlotte, NC, May 12, 2009--Huber Engineered Woods LLC has earned the National Association of Home Builders Research Center Green Approved mark for its AdvanTech flooring and ZIP System roof and wall sheathing.

This approval verifies that the products are eligible to contribute points toward the certification of a building under the NAHB National Green Building Standard.

“AdvanTech flooring, which is certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), is one of the first subflooring materials to receive this approval,” stated Charlie Robinson, AdvanTech product general manager.
