Home Solutions Builder Education Hits the Streets

Atlanta, GA, March 7--Among the laundry list of cutting-edge technology tools Home Solutions launched at its last conference, the Home Solutions Builder Education (HSbe) CD box set is arguably at the forefront. Packaged like a hit television series’ DVD collection, the HSbe set consists of five content-rich compact discs, each incorporating charts, images and graphics to help illustrate common problems, current trends and frequently asked questions. The presentations - Hardwood, Carpet, Laminate, Vinyl, and Ceramic Tile - allow the Home Solutions member to fully equip his builders with technical know-how on product information, job-site preparation, installation procedures and quality control, and tips on consumer care and maintenance. "Today’s builders are always looking for ways to save money and increase customer satisfaction," says Dave Gheesling, FloorExpo CEO. "Our members can deliver just that with HSbe, which offers detailed product knowledge in manageable segments." While the other new technologies available to Home Solutions members – the online training system and recent upgrades to HSi, the interactive design center tool - were all met with great fanfare, HSbe is no exception.
