HMTX Names Simon Xia Chief Quality Officer

Norwalk, CT, June 4, 2024-HMTX has promoted Simon Xia to chief quality officer to oversee product quality across the HMTX family of companies.

Xia has worked as the general manager of HMTX China for more than 16 years.

As the chief quality officer, Xia is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. He works closely with HMTX’s (STIC) operations to ensure all products are manufactured in a transparent, sustainable, and responsible way.

Prior to joining HMTX, Simon worked for several multinational companies in supplier quality management functions, such as Honeywell, Philips Lighting, and The Home Depot Asia Sourcing Office.
