H.B. Fuller Reports Higher Sales, Lower Income

St. Paul, MN, June 26, 2014 -- H.B. Fuller Company reported net income for the second quarter of $20.5 million, or $0.40 per share, compared to net income of $25.9 million, or $0.51 per share, a year ago. 

Net revenue was $544.0 million, up 4.8% versus the second quarter of 2013.

The firm said sales volume increased 20% in its Construction Products business, including 14% in Asia and about 5% in the Americas.

However, there were higher costs associated with the execution of its business integration project in Europe and the Project ONE go-live in North America.
