Halex Buys Orcon's Flooring Installation Business

Dalton, GA, June 24, 2011 -- Halex Corporation said it has acquired the Orcom Corporation flooring installation business, including its lines of seam tapes, tools and adhesives.

Halex said it will market the Orcon products from its two main manufacturing and distribution centers in Pomona, California and Dalton.

Halex is a manufacturer of flooring installation products.
