Growth in Services Sector Slows
Washington, DC, Dec. 4, 2013 -- Growth in the U.S. services sector of the economy slowed in November, according to the Institute for Supply Management.
ISM said its services index fell to 53.9 last month from 55.4 in October, below analysts' expectations for a reading of 55.0.
A reading above 50 indicates expansion in the sector.
The employment measure fell to 52.5 from October's 56.2.
