Group President Cromie to Leave ServiceMaster

Memphis, TN, August 29, 2007--ServiceMaster said that it is realigning senior management and that all business units will report directly to CEO J. Patrick Spainhour.

 

As part of the reorganization, Group President Scott Cromie is leaving the company to pursue other interests. Cromie had oversight responsibility for the American Home Shield, InStar Services and ServiceMaster Clean and Merry Maids franchise business units.
