Georgia Manufacturing Groups Name New Officers

Hilton Head Island, SC, May 19, 2014 -- The members of the Georgia Association of Manufacturers and The Manufacturers Education Foundation each elected new officers and board members at the 114th Annual Meeting of GAM and the 71st Annual Meeting of MEF.
 
Del Land, vice president, CFO and chief adminstrative officer for the Beaulieu Group was elected treasurer of both organizations.

Two industry executives were elected by the Association’s membership to serve one-year terms (expiring in 2015) on GAM’s Board of Directors, and further elected to serve an identical term on the MEF Board of Directors:

Also, Joey Faircloth, senior vice president of manufacturing for Mohawk Industries and Chris Turk, senior vice president of manufacturing and operation for InterfaceFlor, were elected to serve one-year terms on both associations' board of directors.

Jack Ganley, president of commercial business for Mannington, and David Morgan, vice president of manufacturing for Shaw Industries, were elected to serve three-year terms.
