Fremont Street Experience Hires Country Singer for

Las Vegas, June 12, 2006--For the third time in as many markets, the Fremont Street Experience will entertain attendees at the World Market Center this July. The Fremont Street Experience brought in the Beach Boys for the inaugural market in July 2005, followed by the Peking Acrobats in January 2006. This summer, World Market Center attendees will have to dust off their boots as country crooner Tracy Lawrence takes the stage at the Fremont Street Experience. Tracy Lawrence hit the national scene in 1991 and has been churning out hits and receiving awards and accolades ever since. His distinctive voice has earned him praise from the critics and a large following of country fans around the country. Influenced by Keith Whitley, Waylon Jennings, George Strait and Randy Travis, Lawrence’s songs like, If The World Had A Front Porch, Alibis, If The Good Die Young, and Can’t Break It To My Heart, are distinctively country with a cutting edge. Tracy Lawrence will perform for free July 26 on the Fremont Street Experience’s 3rd Street stage located between the Four Queens and Fitzgeralds casinos starting at 9 p.m. About Fremont Street Experience: Fremont Street Experience is a public-private partnership formed in 1995 between the City of Las Vegas and The Fremont Street Experience Company, LLC and owned by a group of 10 downtown casino/hotels that underwrite operating expenses for the venue.
