Bucaro will use examples, humorous stories and hands-on ideas to present ways to maintain an ethical culture, including: five reasons to operate a business in an ethical manner; five virtues for effective and profitable leadership; three ways to foster an ethical culture; and five tips to help determine the right thing to do in challenging situations. Bucaro holds the prestigious award of CPAE, Speaker Hall-of-Fame (Council of Peers Award of Excellence) and the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation through the National Speakers Association. As of 2006, the CPAE has been awarded to 178 people throughout the world, and is voted on by peers in the speaking industry. The CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform skill.    Frank Bucaro is one of those rare speakers who provides laughter and entertainment with content you can apply to your business and personal life,” said Bart Bettiga, NTCA executive director.  “His new program promises to deliver a message that can help you to differentiate your company from the competition.”   Bucaro’s impressive client list includes such companies and organization as: American Payroll Association, Bank Marketing Association, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Boise Cascade, Caterpillar, Duracell, Illinois Hospital Association, Merck, Million Dollar Round Table, New York Life Insurance Company, Ryland Homes, North American Wholesale Lumber Association, RE/MAX International, Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and land title associations in Illinois and Minnesota.
