Four Coverings Exhibitors Win Awards

Chicago, IL, April 27, 2009--Four Coverings 2009 exhibitors were singled out for their inventive booth designs, netting the show’s annual “Best Booth” Awards.

Refin took home the overall top prize. The space was designed by Bolognese architect Mario Cermasi, and to telegraph the eco-responsible characteristics of Refin’s porcelain tiles, which feature 40% recycled content.

Sicis was recognized for the chic boutique-like ambience it created to show off its mosaics.

Also taking home an award was Inalco, who brought a sophisticated home environment feel to its space as it showcased several distinctive new products.

Etruria, utilizing a very compact space No bigger than a mall kiosk, the 100-square-foot construction featured clear floor panels in each of the four corners to allow a different new tile design to be exhibited.
