Former HD Manager Guilty in Flooring Scheme
Atlanta, GA, July 14, 2008--Former Home Depot purchasing manager James P. Robinson pleaded guilty Friday in federal court to three felony counts regarding a flooring kickback scheme.
According to documents filed in federal court, Robinson gave flooring contracts to certain overseas vendors in exchange for cash and gifts.
Tesvich pleaded guilty June 30. Both men will have a sentencing trial Oct. 14 and could face up to 20 years in prison for conspiracy to commit mail fraud and tax evasion.
