Former CCA Global Vice President Dies
Manchester, NH, February 16, 2007--CCA Global Partners released a statement that long-time employee and friend Michael Englert passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2007.  Englert was part of the CCA Global family for more than six years, serving as the vice president of soft surfaces for CCA Global and
the vice president of merchandising for the Flooring America division. He was a friend and colleague to many in the floor covering industry.

"Mike was a wonderful person and a true friend to all of us," said Howard Brodsky, co-CEO and co-Chairman of CCA Global Partners. "He will surely be
missed by everyone at CCA Global Partners."

"He had a positive attitude, a great sense of humor and he really loved his work, his family and his friends," continued co-CEO and co-Chairman Alan Greenberg.  "Our thoughts go out to his wife Joyce, their children Jennifer and Erin, and their families." 

Services will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at the Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel in St. Charles, MO.  Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the service will begin at 7:30 p.m.
