Former Armstrong CEO Named Pfizer Chairman

New York, NY, Dec. 17, 2010 -- Former Armstrong Flooring CEO George Lorch was named chairman of drug company Pfizer.

Lorch had been working for almost 10 years as Pfizer’s independent director.

George Lorch has been the president, CEO and member of the board of Armstrong flooring, Autoliv, R.R. Donnelley & Sons, Warner-Lambert and Williams.
