Former Alloc President Representing Välinge

Viken, Sweden, Nov. 12, 2008--Välinge has signed a cooperation agreement with Claes Wennerth of CWC International.

Wennerth, the former president of Alloc Inc., will represent Välinge in the U.S. and Canada. He will be based in Chicago.

Wennerth is in charge of market analysis and direct support to Välinges licensees.

This marks a starting point for a Välinge support center and showroom in the U.S..

"It is important (to have) a local presence in the North American market, especially now when we are in the introduction phase of the new Wood Fiber Floor product", says Darko Pervan, CEO of Välinge.
