Eglisau, Switzerland, Feb. 18—Forbo has sold its subsidiary Forbo Repoxit AG, of Winterthur, Switzerland. Repoxit was acquired by the management of the company. The takeover was effective January 1.
Forbo said the move was in line with its continued focus on its core activities. It had held 100% of Repoxit.
Repoxit specializes in the manufacturing, selling and installation of flooring solutions for industrial applications like artificial resins and concrete, among others.
With 68 employees, the company has sales of approximately CHF 16 million. Repoxit
covers Switzerland and the southern part of Germany.
