Eglisau, Switzerland, May 19--Ursula Leonhard, Head of Corporate Communications at Forbo International SA since January 2000, has decided to leave the company effective May 31, 2004. She will be succeeded by Corina Atzli, who will assume her new responsibilities starting June 1, 2004.
