Linwood, PA, Apr. 12--Foamex International Inc. announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of stockholders on Tuesday, May 25, 2004.
The meeting will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, Ten Avenue of the Arts, in Philadelphia, PA at 10:00 a.m. ET. The Board of Directors has fixed April 15, 2004 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
A definitive proxy statement will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and mailed to the stockholders, along with the 2003 Annual Report, on or about April 26, 2004.
