Linwood, PA, Feb. 4--Foamex International has named K. Douglas Ralph executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Thomas Chorman, president and chief executive officer of Foamex said, "I am pleased that Doug has accepted this important role as a member of our management team. With over 20 years of experience as a financial executive, Doug has an extensive financial background that will undoubtedly prove beneficial to Foamex. Ralph, 42, was most recently a financial executive at Procter & Gamble, where he spent over 20 years in positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Ralph served as general manager of Procter & Gamble's equity ventures program.
