Linwood, PA, January 26, 2006--Foamex International Inc. said today that it adjourned the hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement, originally scheduled for January 26, 2006, to February 13, 2006.
The company intends to use this additional time to continue its negotiations with the steering committee for the ad hoc committee of Senior Secured Noteholders and the official creditors' committee, among others, over the terms of a consensual plan of reorganization
