Flooring Industries Grants License to Shanghai Dek

Wielsbeke, Belgium, November 29, 2006-- Flooring Industries Ltd, the intellectual property holding of the Unilin Group, has reached a settlement and a license agreement with Shanghai Dekorman Flooring Co Ltd. (“Dekorman”) for the manufacture and worldwide sales of laminate flooring products with Unilin’s patented glueless technology. The agreement also settles Dekorman’s world-wide past sales of infringing products and makes an end to the pending patent litigation proceedings between the Unilin Group and Dekorman in the United States (ITC Investigation) and in Hamburg (Germany).
