Flooring Industries Grants License Fujian Yongan F

Wielsbeke, Belgium, April 19, 2006--Flooring Industries Ltd, the intellectual property holding of the Unilin group, announced that it has reached a settlement and a license agreement with China's Fujian Yongan Forestry (Group) Joint Stock Co. Ltd., (“Fujian Yongan”) for the manufacture and worldwide sales of laminate flooring products with Unilin’s patented glueless technology. Trinity Summit International 2005 Inc., will be the distributor of the licensed products manufactured by Fujian Yongan in North America.
