Flooring America/Canada Honor Members

Manchester, NH, Feb. 22, 2011 -- Flooring America and Flooring Canada recognized members, staff and suppliers for their achievements in 2010 during an awards ceremony at their recent winter convention in Dallas.

Make It Happen Award went to Scott Kemsley of Flooring America Carpet Studio and Sean Racine of A-1 Flooring Canada.

Kemsley is a Neighborhood Network Coordinator and has served on Flooring America’s technology council.

Sean Racine and George Racine of A-1 Flooring Canada converted to the Vision store model and promote the program and its benefits to other members whenever possible.

Catch the Spirit Award went to Flooring Canada member Terry & Malcom Beug Alford’s Floors & Interiors, and Flooring America member Jim Boyd of Jim Boyd's Flooring America.

Alford’s Floors & Interiors, a long time member of Flooring Canada, embraced the Vision store concept.

Jim Boyd's Flooring America, is a long standing member who continues to challenge his staff.

Supplier of the Year was Shaw Industries.

Excellence in Member Service Award went to staff member Keesha Hargis of Flooring America/Flooring Canada.

In addition to individual awards, Flooring America and Flooring Canada also recognized members for their leadership in the past year.
