Floor Covering Distributors Plans Annual Meeting
Chicago, IL, March 26, 2008--The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors will feature Ken Schmidt, former Harley-Davidson executive and Megan Johnson, developer of Zap the Gap process: solving the multi-generational puzzle as speakers for the Annual Meeting and Distributor Marketplace, Oct. 29-31, in Schaumburg, Ill.
Schmidt, former director of communications for Harley-Davidson and motorcycle enthusiast will speak about his successes in improving the company's reputation and creating demand for its products.
Johnson will teach employers how to manage a multi-generational workforce. Her Zap the Gap program which will teach valuable skills for your "generation" employees.
The 37th Annual Meeting is providing an array of presenters speaking on a vast range of industry topics including: marketing; sales growth; productivity enhancement; economic forecasting and team building. An addition from years past, the 2008 program will host complimentary educational sessions geared towards different professional levels and responsibilities throughout a company as well as panels and one on one discussion groups on specific industry topics.
Distributor Marketplace, a face-to-face environment designed to make buying and selling easier and more efficient for manufacturers/distributors. The NAFCD Annual Meeting and Distributor Marketplace is an avenue of opportunity that fosters the exchange of ideas and solutions among industry peers.
